We love our ADU that was built by Creative Homes. David is wonderful to work with, always pleasant, with helpful ideas and tips. He helped us bring the vision that we had into existence. It has a beautiful kitchen, vaulted ceilings with skylights, and good storage. He helped us utilize the space we had to work with. His crew is also very conscientious. I got several bids for rewiring of my entire house and a considerable amount of work on the exterior. Not only did Sebastian and Kris provide a competitive price, but they were the only company who seemed excited to do the job and make the house look as good as it should. Sebastian and Kris made sure I understood the work every step of the way and came to check on it regularly. They were friendly and professional, and their company really feels like a family who wants everything to be perfect when they're done. Overall, they were very accommodating to changes that I wanted to have done to the original plan. They are very patient and detail-oriented, especially when we wanted a herringbone pattern backsplash. Countertop was fabricated beautifully and our custom cabinets turned out solid and beautiful as well. Overall, really appreciated the time this group put into ensuring the kitchen was done right, no cutting corners. Also appreciated how accommodating they were to any of my last-minute request for changes to the kitchen. My wife and I are very happy with how our new kitchen turned out! We hired Creative Homes to remodel our kitchen 3 years ago and we were beyond pleased with their work. When we decided to bathroom remodel of bathrooms we immediately contacted Creative Homes once again. We did not waste our time with other estimates because they are the best in city. They listened to what I wanted and whatever I asked for (even last minute changes). Then completed the job without hesitation! Their crew is top notch. The tile work in both the bathrooms is impeccable. The workers were always punctual, respectable and hard working. I now have two beautifully remodeled bathrooms and I can honestly say I enjoyed working with creative and their crew.
